Meet Our Team
We are a constantly growing family business. Eric and Mike Snyder started EMS after Eric discharged from the United States Air Force. Mike has over 30 years of Experience in HVAC owning several other HVAC companies and working in the industry.
ERIC - OWNER/TECH:
After serving in the USAF for 5 years Eric came back home and started working for Johnson Controls, it didn't take him long to realize that he wanted to get back in the field and to hands on work. Eric holds a Bachelors' Degree in Aeronautics and and Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is our service guru. He is very mechanically inclined and is up for any challenge. Eric has been married for 12 years and has three wonderful children.
MIKE - OWNER:
Mike has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He has a wealth of knowledge and is a great teacher. Mike works lightly in the field and also works in the office. Mike specializes in boilers and residential service. He is a numbers guy and we love him for that! Mike has been Married for 38 years to his wife Kathy and has two children and 5 grandchildren that he absolutely adores.
KATIE - OFFICE MANAGER:
Our office manager! Katie handles the majority of the day to day in the office. She is also our dispatcher for now. Managing and organizing is what she does. Katie has been married to Eric for 12 years and they have 3 incredible children.
RIGO - Lead Installer
Rigo is our lead installer and has been in the HVAC industry for several years. We have worked closely with Rigo for 3 years and brought him on board to be a member of our team this last year. Rigo has been married for 10 years and has 2 beautiful little girls.
J.D. - Installer
J.D. is a member of our install team, he has worked for us for 2 years now and is growing in his abilities to move to a lead installer everyday. J.D. is married and a father and loves spending time with his family.
